Pallet Wrapping Machine

We offer a range of automated, semi automated and manual wrapping machines to improve your production flow and to provide you with a consistent high quality pallet loads wrapping. Aside from aesthetically pleasing, the wrapping improves ease of transport in regards to compactness and security of loads.

There are various options to choose from to ensure the best fit for your packing system.

Optional Features:

  • Top Sheet Applicator – For rain and dust protection
  • Top Press Plate – For stabilising pallet loads during wrapping
  • Pallet Lifter – To enable partial load wrapping even with loads that are protruding out or smaller than the perimeter of the pallet

Pallet Strapping Machine

In addition to our wrapping machine, we offer a range of strapping machine as an alternative to ensure pallets are securely fastened for transport. Similarly, we offer automatic, semi-automatic and manual strapping machines.

We have various options available for both horizontal (2905 and 2915) and vertical (2200) strapping.

Optional Features:

  • Automatic corner applicators (2905, 2915) – For secure horizontal strapping
  • Mobile machine base (2915) – Enables lateral displacement for strapping machine to engage multiple loading stations
  • In-feed conveyors – For automatic pallet loading
  • Adjustable strapping tension to provide secure fit whilst preventing damage to goods
